Nero (=water) honors this legacy, but also creates an all-day environment on the beach of Agios Fokas, where time seems idyllic and has a magical property to flow like… water!

At 14.00, its kitchen fully activates its dynamics, with unbeatable tapas (meze) characterised by finesse, such as breaded balls from Tinos with Aegina pistachios and spicy herbs, grandma’s country meatballs with tomato sauce, basil, parmesan and fried egg served with fries. In the salad front, don’t forget to try our favorite with watermelon, feta cheese, pine nuts, mint, lemon zest and olive oil, in a special combination of ingredients that will surprise your palate. A very well structured main menu is perfectly combined with the well thought out wine list.
Its evening zone is a contract with the eternal summer: with sunset a complete transformation takes place, with atmospheric lighting, music, dancing and feel good vibes, under the Cycladic sky, signature cocktails mixed to perfection with Greek spirits and with names borrowed from villages of Tinos. And because a perfect drink needs its accompaniment, special options in finger foods, such as traditional potato meatballs with tomato jam, traditional stuffed tomatoes served cold, but also zucchini sticks with refreshing tzatziki dressing (without garlic) raise the level of taste even higher.
