    This year Omilos is experiencing its best moment, with the charismatic chef Dimitris Kantarakis (Varoulko, Geranium Copenhagen, etc) once again at the helm of the kitchen creating “Mediterranean” wonders, taking advantage of the excellent raw material of the sea, premium meats and fresh vegetables from the island.

    Calamari a la carbonara with white asparagus, chorizo ​​and roe, beautifully sauteed scallops, with cauliflower and green apple tartare, excellent beef tartare with miso, ginger konsome, and beetroot, elevate the senses and offer an unsurmountable experience. 

    As the night progresses, Omilos transforms with dancing, guest dj’s, refreshing cocktails by the team of the Athenian “Bar in Front of the Bar”, with fine drinking options that break the barrier of enjoyment until morning.
