Karamuza strengthens and upgrades the logic of the local exit, managing within its 7 years of operation to become a hangout for those who live near it and for those who (even for a while) leave their own neighborhood to find a place at the tables or at its bar. The kitchen at Karamuza opens at 12, and serves from healthy granola bowls and salads, to hearty peinirli, italian pizza with thin dough, frittata and well-executed, juicy thai chicken cooked in the wok.
