Thalami: Local fish and unique flavors, in Ambelas

There is no other tavern in the whole of Paros that shouts “summer” like this one. Thalami literally stretches on the seafront, it has the most beautiful sunset and its people have literally studied the sea. A large part of the menu here is determined by the daily fishing, the fish is always fresh, well priced and everything cooked without exaggeration and chatter – therefore delicious.

Thalamia are the underwater places used by sea animals for nest – so the name of the restaurant could not be more appropriate, since Thalami will become your most beautiful tasteful “nest”, the base for unforgettable gastronomic evenings, during your stay on the beautiful island of Paros.

Here you will find incredible reggae salad, an exquisite meze, with intensities and spikes in its taste and a playful texture with the egg balls tickling the tongue. The grilled fur fish is also wonderful, a traditional Parian recipe made from sundried fish, which is simmered for several hours under the hot summer sun.

Then it is grilled and becomes a great meze, which will be unforgettable for those who taste it. Clearly, the menu includes all kinds of goodies, such as squid or local octopus, which are uniquely combined with spirits of all kinds and local wines.

They say that every sunset is a promise for a beautiful sunrise.Experience it in Thalami!
